徵求論文及報名：
1. 由國家衛生研究院發函邀請國內相關領域之基礎及臨床相關研究人員，徵求研究論文摘要及報名，同時亦歡迎實際從事相關研究之人員(含相當博士後研究員及住院醫師以上之獨立研究人員)自由投稿及報名，經籌備委員會審閱後，擇優專函邀請以口頭宣讀或壁報型式發表論文。
2. 開放博士班研究生投稿論文，投稿者須為該篇論文之第一作者（即對所發表論文有主要貢獻）及全程參與會議，經籌備委員會審閱後，擇優專函邀請以壁報形式發表論文，參與各研討會之博士班研究生以十人為限。
