院務紀事 本院生技與藥物研究所公開遴選所長 Position Open: Director, Institute of Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Research
Applicants and nominations are invited for the position of Director of the Institute of Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Research at the National Health Research Institutes (NHRI), Taiwan.
The Director is responsible for supervision of research and development programs within the institute, as well as collaborations with other sections of NHRI and with industrial partners. Eligible applicants should have a doctorate (Ph.D. and/or M.D.) degree with a demonstrated record of productive, interdisciplinary research in drug discovery and development, as well as knowledge in international drug discovery field. Prospective candidates are also expected to have strong organizational, administrative, communicative and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated abilities to lead a productive multidisciplinary team and to develop effective strategic plan.
Familiarity with Taiwans scientific and medical community, proficiency in Chinese language, the ability to work effectively in Taiwans research environment and experience in pharmaceutical related business are preferred.
